GUEST RULES - Accommodation in Brno - BFApartments | Luxury apartments for rent

Guests are accommodated between 15:00 and 20:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Guests' departure is by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed in advance. Leave the keys on the kitchen counter and just slam the door behind you.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building (rooms and corridors smoke detectors are located that will trigger the alarm).

Night calm applies from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.  

The guest is obliged to observe it maintain order in the apartment and respect the rights of other guests.

The guest is not entitled to move the furniture in the rooms without the consent of the owner.

The accommodated guest is not authorized to allow overnight stays to persons, who are not properly registered for accommodation and have not paid the accommodation fee.

The guest is not authorized to provide any services to third parties in the entire house.

The guest uses the equipment of the rooms only for the purposes for which this equipment is intended and is fully responsible for damage caused intentionally or negligently. In the event of damage, the owner has the right to ask the guest to pay the damage on the spot in cash. The owner provides a written confirmation of the paid damage.

The owner bears no responsibility for damage to the guest's property, possible theft of items left in freely accessible parts of the house. The property of the accommodated guests is not insured.

The host has taken all measures to prevent damage to the health of the guests and is not responsible for their health during normal operation.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

If defects occur, the guest informs the owner, who will remove these defects as soon as possible (depending on their nature).

Paid parking in front of the house is on private property, so park so that other guests can also park.

Close all windows before you leave the apartment.
